"Waited 3.5 hours (my mistake) for lab draw; I was next in line when tech told us (2) we are only open 20 more minutes and they never called last two of us to draw our blood. Poor excuse for a business. Will take my business elsewhere."

"Today, I arrived at Quest PCB at about 8:15 AM. I checked in for my 8:40 AM appointment. My first name, and appoinment time of 8:40 AM appeared on the monitor. Perhaps five minutes later a couple arrived. The gentleman had difficulty checking in. He sat down, and his name appeared with a 8:50 AM appoitment. About five minutes later he was called for his appointment. His name immediately was cleared from the screen. More than five minutes elapsed before I was called for my appointment. My name was cleared from the screen. I was quite upset. One excuse was both of us were called back at the same time. Deomonstrably false, he was called back before me. Next he may have checked in before me. My response to this was "You are making my point, which is "QUEST now admits the actual scheduled appointment time means nothing as it is the check in time which is used." This is a disheartening statement, to which none of the employees disagreed. If I were an on-site employee I would have immediately checked the schedule. If the gentleman were correct, I would say "Sir, you are correct.You have the right to have been called before the other gentleman with a later time. I will call Quest to have assistance to prevent this from happening again. We have this system in place to ensure patiemts are treated with respect and order. We believe it is important that patients know the time and order in which patients are called. It is important for Quest to understand this. Some patients are here to be tested for life threatening conditions"."

"Will not take walk ins and getting a appointment is almost impossible. One lady there is completely rude and the email address plastered all over the lobby isn't even the correct address to email your own lab orders. Place needs to be shut down because patient care is definitely not a priority."

"Having visited a few of these locations in the past, I was prepared for a long wait and possible bruising (last tech couldn't find a vein to save his life). Not this time! Not only did they get me in immediately, but Amber really did a great job from start to finish. No bruises and very efficient. Happy to recommend this location to all!"

"So I've been sitting at quest diagnostics since10:00 a.m. waiting for a blood test as a walk-in. I couldn't wait anymore now that it's almost 1:00 p.m.. it was a fasting blood test and I was dizzy after waiting for 3 hours. The workers didn't grab people every 15 mins like they said they were. And there were times it was just me and another person and no one was grabbed. They all sat in the back giggling and talking. Not impressed. Well never go there again."
