"Unorganized and little empathy in the customer service department. People who come to therapy are coming because they need help, not because they want to be let down even more. Making them call in, get signed in, wait thirty minutes just to be told that their therapist is sick, or late, for the fourth time is so disappointing and heartbreaking. Especially when you’re paying 100$/hour. Nobody talks about how hard it is to find a therapist that actually works for you. It’s so challenging to have to open up over and over again. To finally find one that you’re willing to stick with and be repetitively let down, I really can’t find the words. If I were posting for an adult who could better handle their emotions, that would be one thing. But I’m not. Children and teenagers are much more delicate. You would think that mental health professionals need would be able to grasp that, and if anything, give their clients a heads up. Not make them wait with their hopes up just to be let down. I understand that things happen, life happens, people get sick, kids get sick, etc. But some people are so willing to pay to actually be heard, and look forward to it all week. To be denied of that is devastating. Especially to young people. If you look for reliability in a therapist for your teenager, which we all do (that’s what we pay them to be) don’t depend on Wendy. I recommend Beth Shepard at Soultree Wellness. She is only doing zoom meetings currently, but she’s always present, timely, kind and receptive. I’ve been seeing her on and off for almost four years and she has never let me down like this."

"Called to schedule an appointment today for a referral they’ve had for a WEEK. After holding for several minutes the woman answered that clearly had no clue what she was doing. She couldn’t find the referral, told me to fill out some type of paperwork offline and they’d “get to it when they can. It’ll be quicker than the referral” what kind of customer service is that? After stating that they seemed a bit unorganized she said “Have a good day” and hung the phone up. I wouldn’t recommend going here and I’m not even a patient. Completely dissatisfied with the customer service and disorganization of this office."
