"Myself and my husband seen Dr Moser 2 times. When we would ask at the end of our sessions what we owed he said that he was going to bill my insurance (BCBS) and not to worry about it. Now it has been 5 months since we were there we received a bill in the mail for 650.00 for 4 sessions, a book, and 2 personality tests. He never stated that the book or the test were going to cost us anything, we assumed that it was part of his practice and the book he gave us he said he gave to all his patients, it is one that he had written. I called him and told him those things and he agreed to only charge us for the 2 sessions. This is where it gets worse, I called my insurance company to see if they had been billed for 4 or 2 sessions because we had only gone to 2. They had been billed for 15 sessions at 200.00 each!!!! THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION!! The dates start at Jan 29th and end as of a week ago at the end of April 2015!! I am completely disgusted and I recommend anyone who decides to go see him get your cost and billing in a contract up front. Now we are trying to figure out exactly what we owe him because myself, my husband and my insurance company were all told different pricing. VERY FRAUDULENT!!! I am not one to leave a bad review but I am blown away by this! I highly recommend you seek your counseling elsewhere!"
