"I don’t know why there are bad reviews. We changed practices to Psychological Associates over a year ago and it was the best decision ever! The staff is amazing and Dr Richardson is top notch!! He listens to his patients, which was what we were lacking at the other place. Also at previous facility I could never get them to answer the phone time after time. I never have that issue here. The kids don’t dread their appointments anymore. We really appreciate you guys! Worth the drive into Pensacola!"

"My doctor referred me to this place and I have been trying to call them for over a week just to make my first appointment and the lady in charge of appointment is never there. I left multiple messages; I even spoke to someone from a different department. She told me that there is nothing that she can do, I just have to keep calling Amanda, the new patient person who does not return calls nor answer her phone. I am SURE not going to that place for any care. I figure that it is best to stay away from that place."

"I spent 2 years getting treatment here for PTSD from MST. I have received therapy throughout my life and I had the best experiences here. I can only speak on Patricia Spears, Dr. Richardson, and Dr. Zieman; but they were all very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. Patricia is the best therapist I’ve ever had and always squeezed me in whenever she knew I needed more time. Dr. Richardson is a very kind man who listens and adjusts medications due to your reactions. Dr. Zieman, while it does take a few months to have appointments and complete testing, was very straightforward and understanding. With these three individuals, I felt very validated, respected, and valued. The front desk ladies were always helpful and quick with transactions. The only con is the company should hire more employees to help with the heavy load of paperwork that needs to be processed. The reason I left is because I moved, but I was given the tools to live my life freely. There’s no price you can put on that!"

"I came into the office for a bariatric surgery evaluation. I saw Paige and she was so sweet! Not only did she make me feel comfortable about getting the surgery and the before and after, but I was also able to talk to her about some personal things I have going on. It was so nice to be able to talk to someone about it and them actually show genuine care and listen. I will recommend her and this office to anyone!"
