I attempted to get my depo through them but that has been a hassle getting my second shot. Let’s just say I won’t be returning."

"Interesting experience, turned up 15 mins early to find that they could not find my appointment which had been made the prior week. Was told to fill out forms, then that a nurse would see me, Initially when appointment was booked I was told my appointment was with Dr. Spence however from these reviews it seems he is rarely in the office as is generally in the hospital delivering. The waiting room is dark and dingy and not at all inviting, the staff similarly stand-offish. Waited an hour still hadn't seen anyone I decided to leave as I did not want to return to this office either way."

"Dr Mark Spence is an amazing doctor. But when you’re constantly rescheduled and then you actually do get an appointment you have to wait over an hour to be seen. Staff doesn’t answer the phone or call back when you leave a message. He needs more doctors at this location and not just one midwife who is rude."
