"When I went to the appointment is when they told me the doctor wasn't there. They didn't call me before to tell me that she wouldn't be in that day they waited until I was in the office to tell me she wasn't there and that I could reschedule ir be seen by someone else. Since I already took the time off I asked to be seen by another provider. Big mistake! The woman, even after i explained I needed a smaller speculum. . .explained I had been getting pap smears since I was 18 (37 now) and every doctor has had to use a small speculum with me, did not listen. The pain was horrible. I wish I had said something at the time but I was in shock and pain. I was so angry. All of my years of going to a gynecologist this is the worst visit EVER! Even though I didn't see Dr. Liburd I will never return because you never know if she'll actually be in on the day of your appointment since the office staff doesn't even bother to notify patients of changes."
