"A little less than 2 years ago I went to this doctor to replace my IUD. After a short examination Dr. Norris determined it would take a surgery under full anesthesia to get it out. With the cost of $2400. Since I replaced my IUD before I knew it was supposed to be a matter of 5 minutes (including the placement of a new one). A standard procedure that isn’t complicated and shouldn’t cost me more than $100 with my insurance. So I went to a different doctor for a second opinion, and lo and behold she took out the IUD and replaced it with a new one within 5 minutes. The total cost of the visit was $80. No pain, no cost and no anesthesia. Dr. Norris and his office seem to care very little about their patients and more about the money they can make off of them. Beware and steer clear. Did I mention they required me to put down a deposit for the “surgery” the same day of the visit, but took them almost a month and countless calls to pay it back?"

"Be careful! The dr. Will recommend you things you don’t need, and charge you extra, with out even asking u first. It is not the first time it happens, but before I just, paid, cause u want to believe in the dr. I was there, for my yearly check up cause it ,includes in my insurance.all was good. I had no health reason to go, When I left, I even, a pass by the office, to sign out, a few days later, they decided to send me a bill! When I called to ask why. They said that ultrasound is not included in the check up. So I asked why did they do it to me!? And why they didn’t inform me first?! They had no answer and they want to charge me. SCAMMERS!!!!"

"This office systematically charges their patients for additional services which makes me feel like I can't even speak during a visit or I would get hit with a bill for asking a question. It has happened two year in a row and this time is absolutely unacceptable and awful since I was aware and didn't discuss absolutely anything with the doctor or nurse. Also Dr. Norris is a very transactional doctor. It's a money focused office. Wouldn't ever recommend it to my friends and family."
