"I am a high risk pregnant woman or I was until my almost 5 month old fetus died and Dr. Spence helped me through the process of giving birth to her. He was compassionate, understanding, and gentle. I could not have asked for a better doctor and will be seeing him when I am ready to try getting pregnant again. His staff, however, were rude, condescending, and honestly? Stupid. They charged me $200 out of pocket . I tried getting my money back for 3 years. Even my insurance told them that they charged me one thing they should not have."

"Dr.Spence is such a great and nice doctor but the staff that works at his clinic is very unprofessional. They canceled my appointment and I had to find out when I got there. I never got a call so I called to reschedule my appointment they said he was booked for the following week and that they would give me a call back to reschedule. Till this day I never received a call back to reschedule my appointment. It’s impossible to reach anyone from that clinic and I worry about what would happen the day I go into labor. Unfortunately, for me I have to look for a different doctor because I can’t keep chasing people around. My health and my child’s health comes first so I’ll be leaving them."

"In 2010 he came to the hospital and told me my baby wanted to come at 5 months. Dr Spence take so good care of me and him, I love this man. I was a high risk pregnancy so he was very nice. I remember when I had an appointment and he was out of the country with his family. His phone told him I had appointment. He came on the next flight. I seen him and said dr Spence why you got on regular clothes. When he said I was out the country with my family putting my babies to sleep, my phone said you had an appointment I came right away. That made me respect him so much. I love this man so much I moved to Atlanta would love to see him. My son is now 11 years old now, this man did not play with no one when it came to my appointments."

When you do meet him for an appointment or for your delivery you will Love him. He took my wife in for a delivery as a high risk when no one else wanted.
