"This place is horrible!!!! I will start by saying this…when someone shows you who they are believe them. I just dodged a bullet!!! I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr Tudela for what feels like 5 days Not including the weekend. They asked that I do a transfer of care and someone would call me I did as they asked and no one called me back. I then reached out to the office and informed them that I’m still waiting on a call they then put me on hold and bounce me all over from one department to the next. This morning was my final straw! They answered the phone to transfer me to the right “department” only to put me on hold hoping that I hang up. TERRIBLE service. DR TUDELA save yourself some money and hire folks from Philippines. Your front desk is almost non existent. Thanks for nothing."
