"This is my second appointment to see this Dr. My first visit I waited close to two hours to see her even though there were NO patients in front of me. When I asked when I could see the Dr I was told they were having computer problems. The Dr came out to talk to tne person working on the computers three times so I know she wasn’t busy. It doesn’t take that much effort to walk the few steps back to tell the Dr she has a patient. Today for my second appointment I was 5 min early for the appointment only to be told that the Dr is t even here yet, so again I wait for at least an hour to see the Dr. I don’t know about this Dr but this isn’t a way to run a a business. After I get this appointment done with I will NEVER come back here. Time to find a new Dr that cares about their patients health and time. If I were late two hours late for my appointment I wonder what would happen. This Dr obviously does NOT care that it’s costing her patients time and money to sit in her office waiting on her. Happens once shame on them, happens a second time shame on me!! Never would I recommend this Dr… as a matter of fact I would discourage anyone that asks me about this Dr NOT to see her."

"Terrible customer service, went there twice for an appointment and no one was there. The first time I showed up and no one was there, they said it wasn’t true. Next time I showed up for an appointment the doors were locked again and there was no one there. Later that day I got a voicemail saying she had an emergency and had to leave the office. Don’t waste your time booking appointments with Dr. Elizabeth Fernandez, terrible service."

"I had an appointment at 10:00. All done by 10:30. I am not sure how to spell her name but Sereta was the best. She took concern of a tilted cervix and made my exam painless. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. They questioned me about Covid19 and took my temperature before I was taken back. Hand sanitizer all over. I highly recommend Sunlife GYN. I would give a10 if I could. Thank you,"

"There is no social distancing and a bit overbooked. I came in early to make sure I was in by my appointment time But was taken in an hour later. They seem nice and professional so far the place is neat and tidy. They said two weeks for my test results. Will update based on second visit"

"Worst doctors office ive ever been to. Didn't even meet the doctor until third appointment. Then getting them to send my paperwork to the specialist or call in q simple prescription has been a headache. Then this past weekend i went to the hospital & needed a follow up appointment & i couldn't get anyone on the phone for two days. Then the lady had the nerve to argue with me about needing an appointment Just because i have one at the end of the month."
