"My regular doctor had to go deliver a baby and so they offered me the chance to see the PA instead named Allison . I accepted the change and kept my appointment and I thought Allison was very easy to talk to and very thorough. I would definitely see her again."

"Terrible, terrible place. The nurse slamed the door at me when I asked why the previous nurse can't draw blood after poking my arm twice. I walked out to ask for clarification about the situation. The nurse increased her vocie to make me the bad person in the hallwall. Then Amanda came out and asked me to leave because she thought I was a threat. And she bullied me by pointing me and threatning to call the police. She also said blood test is not nurses' only job. It's true that nurses have too much work need to handle. Doing the blood test is one of their job. If you offered the client to do the blood test in your clinic, they have to be qualified to do that. I'm a healthcare worker. I'm so disppointed how those "nurses" and "providers" work in this facility. Dr. Amore is a good provider. But all other staff here are either umprofessional or unqualified."

"The doctors were nice but the efficiency of staff to do basic things such as take calls, respond to messages, forward records or schedule surgeries in a timely manner is extremely terrible. I’m literally sitting in another doctors office waiting for this office to send over imaging that was requested days ago. Worst organization and effort for patient satisfactory I’ve seen. It took 4 months for someone to call me to schedule a needed surgery after repeated attempts to talk to ANYONE on the phone. Now that I’ve switched and found a new doctor, they continue to prove their incompetence with forwarding records."

"This place deserves 0 stars. I made my appointment back in June for August. When I got there to check in they said they no longer take my insurance but I was never made aware of this(they stopped taking my insurance in July). I then asked for a copy of my bill and was refused multiple times and they said they would not treat me that day. Other staff members started coming to the front and began berating me and using extremely condescending tones. I asked if they were treating me this way because I am a young girl and the physician came out from the back yelling, telling me to get out of their office and that I would not treat their staff this way. I had a horrible experience and absolutely nothing was done to remedy the situation even after getting in contact with the office manager. I do not recommend this place for anyone."
