"The billing staff is not competent. The office decided to bill me recently for a charge from 2021 that they did not file properly with insurance. I notified Dr. Fu in person in July and let him know I was having trouble with the billing staff being unresponsive. Since then I have spoken with nurse Kelly, who left a message for Dr. Fu and Janet then I spoke with Ashlyn in billing who sent a message to Caroline and Sandra and months later I still have not received a call back to clear up this matter. Sadly after more than 20 years with Dr. Fu I must find a new provider. Please be advised regarding billing."

"I was referred to DR FU by my gynecologist , the first time upon meeting Dr. Fu I realized How knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly he was and he made me feel so comfortable. It was my first pregnancy, I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect but Dr. Fu definitely made me feel at ease by explaining all the options/treatment plan. I Would highly recommend Dr. Fu. His nurse Janet was also very friendly and caring, always made me feel comfortable. All the staff were very kind and respectful as well. Dr. Fu could not deliver my baby, but he called me afterwards to make sure everything was alright and that warmed my heart. Thank you DR Fu !!"
