"I recently moved to Jax and selected this practice because of the high rating. Initially asked for a female specifically for hormone pellets, they set me up with someone and I get there and they don't do the pellets, so I was sent to this doctor. I am fully aware insurance does not cover pellets, so when I checked out and they told me the price was $217, I was surprised as I usually pay $350 total out of pocket. She specifically stated how they don't charge for inserting the pellet and only for the pellet itself. I just received a bill for almost $300 that was sent to my insurance. I called and they said it was the charge for the insertion of the pellet. This is extremely shady billing practices as I specifically recall her telling me there was no charge for it and I was so pleasantly surprised at the price. I was willing to spend the normal $350 I had at my previous place, but this is nearly $500! Additionally, I do not feel this doctor really cares about menopause symptoms and for the first time, it actually hurt and bothered me for a week after. Thankfully, I had already cancelled my next appointment or I would have had to pay another $500"

"I would never recommend this doctor to any woman. He is ignorant to women's issues. He had placed my first IUD and told me "you should feel no pain right now". He said it so confidently and dismissively you would think he knew what that procedure could possibly feel like. Years later I am still traumatized and will NEVER seek a male OBGYN ever again."
