"The office staff is completely incompetent!! Not only did it take 6 weeks to actually see the doctor but when I show up the woman at the window tells me that my appointment was rescheduled and that I called to reschedule it!! I was livid!! I'm like are you serious?! Why would I be standing here if I changed my appointment?? I rearranged my work schedule so I could be at the appointment. Of course she says the doctor is booked solid and there is nothing she can do. She will have the office manager call me. I ask her to confirm my phone number and she starts rambling off some number I have never heard of. I'm like wrong!!! Then she gives me a number that I had 8 years ago. When I called 6 weeks ago to make the appointment the person I spoke with supposedly updated my address, telephone number and insurance information. Apparently that did not happen. I should have demanded to see the office manager then but I was so angry I'm sure I would have made a scene. Now I'm waiting to see if she will be able to find the correct phone number & even call me back. The worse part with these offices is you wait forever for an appointment then wait forever to see the doctor when you get there. If you are late or cancel they want to charge you a fee but when they screw up we the patients who pay and are what keep them employed just have to deal with it!! Ridiculous. I will take my business elsewhere."
