"I had both of my daughters 2015 and 2023 with Dr.Albert and if I ever have another baby I will definitely go back to him. He is the family ob! My mother, sister, cousins, and friends have all been his patients and they’ve all had great experiences with him. Beyond grateful for this sweet amazing doctor from the beginning to the end made me feel safe and comfortable with my vaginal delivery with both of my babies. Thank you Dr.Albert! Everybody in the office treated me like family and even remembered me from my first babygirl back in 2015. The only person who doesn’t belong around pregnant woman would be Lisandra from my personal experience after paying a total of $800 I had a copayment of $40 for an ultrasound I wasn’t aware of to come prepared and I let her know nobody told me I’d have to bring that amount to today’s consult and she said oh not only do you have to pay that but let me see here it’s saying you owe $233 that’s overdue you should’ve been paid that and I told her I did pay my balance and she had a bothered face like if I personally owed her that money which she didn’t even check the chart correctly then realized she was wrong but didn’t even apologize then I herd her on the phone with other patients regarding money issues and telling them that they are lucky to even be dealing with the doctor because he is the cheapest she made it all seem about money and that really had me bothered because woman that are pregnant and usually pained shouldn’t be handled and treated that way."

"Dr. Miguel Albert assisted my labor/delivery on October 2022 and I can say that he is an amazing Dr. I was terrified of getting a C-section due to an induction but he made me feel safe and comfortable. He did everything in his power for me to be able to have my baby naturally. I am forever grateful for his words of encouragement during the delivery and for handling my baby with care. Dr. Miguel is very experienced and it truly shows in every aspect. He listens to every question you have and answers them with a lot of knowledge and patience. He brings you in his office, sits down and explains any doubt you might have in mind. I don’t understand the bad reviews towards Albert. The only cons that the office might have is the wait time, but good things are worth waiting for. Another CON is his assistant, Mercedes, she’s the real issue. Mercedes speaks rudely to you & makes you feel bad for wearing something comfortable to your appts. It’s almost as if she hates her job. Mercedes is always trying against what the Dr says and tries arguing with him in front of patients. Aside from that everything went smoothly. Hands down to Dr Albert and the LD nurses in Mercy Hospital."
