"This review is for the front desk only (I love my doctor). It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get ahold of the front desk. If you are lucky enough to get them to answer, then brace yourself for the absolute rudest demeanor. It’s truly shocking how terrible a front desk can be at a place where many patients are struggling and going through difficulties (or when they wipe away the happiness of those patients that are excited about their visit). Highly considering a new doctor simply due to the absolutely horrific front desk."

"It takes 3 call backs and a 30 min wait just to get someone on the phone for anything. It’s a shame because my doctor is great but I am always considering changing docs because the customer service is so low JUST TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE and what happens if it something not minor or time sensitive??? This needs to change ASAP. Trying to call a doctores office is never exactly simple but I have never encountered such complications just to get a hold of someone at this office. It’s unacceptable they get away with operating like this."

"One of the WORST customer experiences I have ever had. You can expect to wait from 20 to 30 minutes on the phone before a representative answers your call. This is regardless the time of the day or month of the year you call them: they never answer before that. You can expect to be asked to pay before the doctors visit. After the insurance confirms coverage, way after (6 months) and only if you call them, their own billing department assures you they need to reimburse you the money they originally charged both you and your insurance. It is only then they give you the clearance to get the reinbursemnt, taking another 6 to 12 weeks. Legally they would have up to 3 months, in reality they are holding you money for 6 months. When you call them to complain about this, they tell you that is their way of proceeding. The office manager will call you... that is... if she has time (word by word verbatim)."

"This review is for the front desk staff. I am currently on hold and have been for 30 mins. It is always this way when I call. I’m about to give birth and calling for a highly time sensitive matter. It is unacceptable to keep patients on hold for this long. I’ve never struggled so much to reach a medical office in my life."
