"I started new with this doctor and all i can say is that he is a sweetheart . The office has such a nice vibe and everyone makes you feel welcome , specially Armando that took his time to explain to me something i didn't know . Thanks everyone!"
"Just to always make sure that this type of physical therapy type of place always makes sure to keep its own type of website as updated as possible with all of the forms of physical therapy that this type of pave ever does. Therefore, in that way, they all will all always be able to show all of the forms of physical therapy that they all are all ever able to do in general without ever being limited to all of the types of resources that they all ever use to always be able to give the very best darn amounts of experiences that they all could all always ever be able to give to all of the types of customers that all ever go there in general. All of these types of things should all always make sure to go for always keeping this type of website always being translated into all foreign languages in general and everything."
"I called Dr. Whitted's office to make an appointment and Armando the office manager who is also married to the doctor hung up on me twice and told me to go find another doctor because I called him rude. This is very unprofessional, and unacceptable. People are calling your office nervous about medical procedures and you have a very very hostile personality attending potential clients. Your office manager needs to grow up and understand people are nervous and put his large ego to the side when speaking to patients. He told me I had to have my entire cervix and uterus removed and when I said omg that's crazy I was told I only need a leep procedure, he hung up on me. I called back and he said well I hung up because you said that's crazy, of course it's crazy he's telling me I have to remove my cervix when my other doctor said that wasn't necessary. I have never experienced such hostility and unprofessionalism from a doctors office employee in my life. I called again and told him I don't want to talk to you, I want to speak to the doctor and he told me no you need to go find another doctor because you are rude, I was like how am I rude, he's says you called me rude and that makes you rude, is this guy 5 years old? He just told me I have to have my entire womanhood, cervix, etc removed and now he told me the doctor isn't going to see me because he is the office manager and he controls who the doctor sees. I never ever write bad reviews, but I will make an exception for this, the insensitivity of this man knows no bounds. Dr. some advice, if you want to have a successful practice don't hire your husband because he's clearly very rude, all of the negative reviews online are about him."
"Do not go here if you need an IUD. I have been going here for 3+ years and will officially never come here again. Dr. Whitted and the woman at the front desk are great but Armando has a serious attitude problem... I usually go for my annual check up and everything is fine. I recently wanted to switch from birth control to an IUD and went in for a consultation. As I was leaving they charged me $75 without really explaining why. Armando took my blood and left me with the most horrific bruise - he has no idea what he is doing. I asked what the next steps were to get the IUD because I have never gotten the procedure before and they suggested to either order from Canada or go to Mexico LOL. I pay for insurance... I would like to try that route first. They sent the IUD prescription to my typical CVS pharmacy... I call to check in on the status not knowing that this order needs to be placed at a SPECIALTY pharmacy. Since I am not in the medical field I don't know the difference (sorry!) I've been back and forth trying to sort our this procedure and every time I call its either forwarded to the service system where you leave a message and no one gets back to you OR you get Armando on the phone who sounds annoyed by you and rushing you off the phone. Often Armando will be like "uh huh ok buh bye"... Like I am trying to get a procedure done and would like your help figuring it out. I even gave him the feedback about his tone and he did not care one bit. Every time I would call another pharmacy that they claimed to have sent the prescription via fax - the pharmacy would say they have nothing in their system. I just read a similar review where the woman had to go into the office and basically watch them send the fax... Awful service and have no interest in going back. I will be getting my IUD at Planned Parenthood next week. No thanks to this office! Funny enough - they called me back today (4 weeks later) saying that they finally got through to the pharmacy and that it will be $1200... Planned Parenthood will be saving me $900+. Not sure what Dr. Whitted's office did wrong but they've failed me."
"This was the worst experience I've ever had in a medical facility. It was the first time I've ever been to this office. I arrived on time for my appointment, got checked-in and filled out the intake form. Armando, the Doctor's husband, who also appears to be the office manager, took me into a room to take my blood pressure and weight. He wasn't wearing scrubs or a lab coat (like any healthcare professional in a medical setting), just regular clothes. Then they moved me into another room because they needed to use that space. Then once again, they moved me to another sitting space, because they needed the room. After that, they moved me again to the waiting area. 2 hours passed and nobody gave me any updates to let me know if the Doctor was running late, so I got up and asked the front desk lady if the Doctor was going to see me and told her I had been waiting for 2 hours. She told me the Doctor was running late but that he was going to see me eventually. The Doctor's husband (Armando) overheard our conversation and a few minutes later told the front desk girl to let me know that the Doctor was not going to be able to see me and to please reschedule my appointment. A patient that had arrived a long time after me was roomed after this, which leads me to assume that they sent me away because Armando didn't like that I asked about my waiting time. I understand that unforeseen events can take place in medical offices and that Doctors usually run late to their appointments, but they way I was dismissed was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They have no consideration of the patient's time, no sense of humanity by the way they treat people and certainly no respect by the unapologetic way they just told me to reschedule the appointment after such a long wait. I even felt uncomfortable to see how the office manager treats their employees and how he scolds the front desk lady in front of patients. I won't be coming back to this place and I hope nobody else has to go through the same situation only to waste their time."
