"My experience with this if I can call her doctor was the worst. I had 2 appointments that day, one was for the ultrasound and the other was with the doctor Sabrina Pastor, I did the E-check in a day before, paid the copayment and saved the QR codes to show in registration. I came to the appointment half an hour early, showed the 2 QR codes and passed to my ultrasound appointment, everything was great with that, I get out of the ultrasound and went directly to the assistant to tell her about my second appointment, she said everything was good and told me to take a sit, I sat right in front of that assistant and waited patiently for my appointment, I noticed time was passing and I was never called, but didn’t worry that much because I didn’t see patients getting in or out, I waited little more than a hour and then went ahead and asked the same assistant I talked before about my appointment and with all the irony she asks me what I was there for, I explained her about my appointment and she looked in the system and told me I didn’t register so the doctor was not gonna see me. I told her there had to be a mistake and showed her the proofs that I did register and she said she was gonna talk to the doctor about that “system mistake”, she came back, apologize and told me the doctor was still not gonna see me, that I had to reschedule. I explained her that I had to wait for a month for that appointment, waisted my time waiting for more than an hour, when twice to emergency because I was bleeding and she decided that she was not gonna see me that day for some system error? they didn’t do nothing just kept apologizing saying it was their mistake. I was sick tired and went home, started to look for any other doctor because NOBODY DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT!"

"Excellent doctor. Very diligent she made sure I got all the exams necessary on my pregnancy. She goes straight to the point. They have an amazing team at Jackson Hospital. Thanks again dra Sabrina, God bless !"

"I visited her practice once, and immediately looked for and found another doctor. The whole appointment took 2.5 hours, including at least 1 hour just in the waiting room, and at least 45 min waiting to see her after having my blood pressure taken. She did apologize for the wait, and maybe that's not typical, but that was just the start. The room was visibly dirty on the floor. She spent 10 min with me, a pregnant woman just switching doctors. She didn't order a urine sample (which I've had to do at every single gyno appointment before this since I've been pregnant) as she said they only do urine tests if there's a specific problem. At every other practice, including the one I just switched to, they do this every time to make sure there's not too much protein in the urine. How could she possibly know there was a problem if she didn't do a test? She ordered another test done for an issue I was having, and all I got in response was the results online - no followup of what to do to treat the condition after that. I tried to call the office after hours (as I got the test results on a Friday evening), and there was no answering service to field after hours questions (standard at most ob-gyn practices - what if I thought I was going into labor or having a miscarriage on a Saturday?!?), let alone a voice mail to leave a message for someone to answer on a Monday. I felt like a number rather than a person, and there were just a lot of red flags about this place that made me feel really uncomfortable being treated there. Other reviews on the UHealth website express similar issues. Her practice also delivers babies at Jackson Memorial, which has a c-section rate of 49.67%, a bit higher than other hospitals in the area, and way higher than the national average (30%). Unless you have a lot of time on your hands, don't mind being nudged into having a c-section, and don't mind skipping several standard wellness tests, do not be her patient."

"I would not recommend this obgyn to someone. She was nice, but when it came time for my delivery she told me all the ways I and my baby *would not might die if I tried to deliver my very large baby naturally. She did this once in the office, then set a csection date which I promptly told her I would not be showing up for. I explained I just wanted to try, and if things were not looking good then I would be open to a csection, but I wanted to try. It wasn’t till a high risk doctor sided with me, did she agree to let me try to deliver naturally. Day of delivery, the other doctors were very helpful, explaining medical terms I might hear, and timelines my baby had to keep and she walked in saying that my baby and I were going to die until another Dr cut her off. Two pushes and my baby was out safely. I do not wish this stress she put on me on anyone that is hormonal and just trying to do what her body is telling her to do. If I hadn’t been strong willed about it, I would of had unnecessary surgery and a delivery against what I wanted."
