I am a medical professional and when it comes to the office cleanliness I make sure that’s it’s clean before I pay a visit and this office is very very clean. "Dr. Lopez has provided care for me since the beginning of my pregnancy, and it was so professional, kind and efficient that now a lot of my family became his patients as well. He made my labor and delivery experience a smooth one even when I became one difficult patient, he was thorough, patient and even made us laugh. "If you are going for the first pregnancy appointment be ready to spend 1:45 hours***. That was our experience. When asked doctor to communicate such delays in the future, the doctor told us that such things are normal and then that it was a “wrong start” and suggested we look for another OBGYN. We were very confused as the doctor was recommended by our friend and communication with the office was good… *** Update: my initial review contained total time of 2+ hours as our appointment was at 10:15 and we left in rush around 12:15. As their legal department contacted us about this review(sick I know) and provided photos from cameras(yes they can film you in public areas) where we entered the room at 10:27 and and left at 12:12 I decided to update this review with correct time span. Several more updates I want to include here: 1. Our experience was as described above. The doctor stated that wait time is normal and we don’t think so, this is not a first pregnancy and we had much faster experiences at other offices. 2. My ask to the doctor was to communicate such delays in the future as I took some time off the work to be with my wife and after that doctor refused to talk to us and said that he would send the report later and we need to find a another OBGYN and it’s a wrong start. 3. Ruined long awaited moment of first ultrasound and consultation 4. This review reflects our experience and based on that experience we don’t recommend this OBGYN. Especially we were shocked that we were contacted by the legal department about this review, which only contained our honest and relevant opinion and time frame we mentioned was off for 15 minutes, while they claim that “no new patient waits more than 45 minutes”. "Dr. Lopez and everyone at the office are some of the most incredible and dedicated medical staff you can have the pleasure of being taken care by. They guided me the entire duration of my pregnancy with such kindness and understanding that my husband and I are kind of sad we won’t get to see them as often now that our baby has been born, we looked forward to our check ups from how pleasant being seen by them was.Thank you for incredible care"
