"I was highly disappointed both times I came to this office. First, at my 20 week scan, I was told everything was looking great and I didn’t have to see Dr. Flick but, would have to come back in a month because they weren’t able to visualize everything they needed. The next day I had a follow up with my OB that referred me here, he reads the ultrasound report and asks me if I was told about a possible complication that may cause IUGR. I told him I was not made aware of this and was told that everything was ok and just needed to come back in a month to do another u/s because they were not able to visualize everything they needed. My OB was shocked that this was not mentioned to me and he had to give me this news. This was the first big red flag. I left his office upset and nervous because of what he told me. I was confused as to why this was not mentioned to me by Dr. Flick or the U/S Tech as I was there the day before. I left there under the impression everything looked great so far and they needed another ultrasound to see what they couldn’t previously visualize. A month later I returned for the follow up scan and once again was told by the U/S Tech that I didn’t need to come back anymore as everything was looking great. The following day my OB (once again) read the report and asked me how the visit went. I told him what I was told that I no longer needed to go back. He starts to read the report and states it says the possible complication was still there. This was very upsetting to hear, It seemed like this office was playing a game with me. My OB immediately texted Dr. Flick while I was in the room for clarification but was not able to get a response at that moment. Steer clear of this place Dr. Flick did not take any accountability and placed blame on u/s Tech, she is the provider and should’ve came in the room to speak to me even if it was just a possible complication. She was in office those 2 days I came in. I ended up seeing another specialist that was wonderful and came to meet and greet me both times I visited. Everything turned out great and my baby is healthy thank God. Due to my experience with this office I don’t recommend coming here."

"Great experience! Everyone was super nice and it's a clean office which is a major thing for me. The DR is amazing and very informative. All the nurses were polite and took their time with me and didn't rush with anything. It felt homie ♡ love this place."
"This place seemed professional at first. However, after one of my ultrasounds, Dr. Flick came to talk to me and we discussed one medication I was on. I asked her if I should contact my OB for the refill or is she going to. She confirmed she will have the front office lady send in the refill for me. The ultrasound tech even wrote it down in front of both of us. Then when I went home and never received my refill call from Walgreens, I contacted them and no one had any memory of the conversation and they wouldn’t refill my prescription. So I was out of my meds for two days because of them. Very unprofessional."
