"Great streamlined experience. The experience began before the appointment. Soon after I was provided a link to set up my portal. In the portal I was able to download the new patient paperwork. I was able to upload the documents that were ready for my visit. I wanted to make sure the provider had my medical records before my visit. They were able to fax me an authorization form and quickly worked with my primary provider to get those records. When I arrived, I was quickly checked in and soon on my way to see the provider Dr. Arronte. Prior to seeing the doctor, the office found I didn’t have the results of a test and was quickly able to fit in the test prior to the visit. Dr.Arronte was patient and detailed. He was open to any questions and very thorough with his explanations. This was a great visit!"
