"I was a new patient and because of that, the doctor decided to see 2 other patients before me. Even though I was the first one to arrive. When I questioned the doctor, her apology was not sincere and she did not provide mw with the importance that I was looking for in her. I walked out and will not be going back to this OBGYN office. There are so many options out there... that today, the most important thing, is customer service. If you cannot provide great service to me for a service that I am paying you for, I will not go back to you. Perhaps, she is a great doctor, but I would never know that, because her lack of ethical decision making and her non-empathy towards me, did not meet my expectations."

"Hugo Ferrara is an awesome Ob/Gyn. He and his team have delivered both of my kids, who are 10 and 8. They have been with throughout my various health issues, 2 c-sections, polyps, endometriosis( 2 laparoscopies)& lupron treatment, tubal ligation. No regrets. Thank you."
