"I appreciated Dr Chus friendly, knowledgeable, and congenial mannerisms. She covered all my history well and had very good follow-up plans. My only issue is that many people get the weight loss drugs but she would not consider giving me any. Men that we know get Ozempic or Mounjaro with no problems but women are not allowed these new drugs. I am a retired RN and understand the side effects but am willing to take the chance as many people have. She recommended fasting and I have done this for 5 days with a weight gain of 2 pounds. I may have to look for a doctor that will accommodate me in my quest to lose 20 pounds."

"Check in was disappointing as they don’t take my insurance. I wish I had known that before driving there (30-40mins). The self pay amount was a little high but I paid it anyway. Ironically my pcp for years stopped taking my insurance which is why I was switching doctors. The Receptionist stated they do take my new ins. as of 1/1/24. I had a very short wait in the waiting room & was brought back to a room by a lovely nurse. She was welcoming, pleasant, & proficient. Next I met the doctor. She too was very sweet. She listened to me and took the time to talk to me. I never felt rushed. I really liked her . She ordered blood work which was needed. It had been too long since my last work up. I look forward to seeing her again. Fingers crossed the receptionist is correct & my insurance is accepted ."
