"I was an established patient with Dr. Lee. She had referred me to a fertility doctor where I became pregnant. When my fertility doctor released me to be seen by Dr. Lee and I called at 7 weeks, the practice refused to get me in until i was 13 weeks. Based on my high risk situation (over 40, high blood pressure), my fertility doctor had said we should be seen at 10 weeks and even called on my behalf to speak to Dr. Lee personally and they refused to budge. I spoke to the office manager/nurse (not sure which) multiple times who was rude and unsympathetic about the situation. It was difficult because one doctor was saying we should be seen sooner and it being my first pregnancy we were going with who we trusted. We even offered to see another doctor in the practice and they refused to get us in. We have since gone to Premier Women’s Care where we are with Dr. Brown and could not be happier. He has told us if we call in with an issue we are guaranteed to be seen immediately. His bedside manner is polite and understanding. Don’t waste your time with this practice and their rude, uncaring behavior, especially during this special time in your life."
