"Nothing bothers me more than disregard for someone’s concerns especially when the appropriate care and information was not given when seen in office or followed up appropriately. I just called to attempt to set up a virtual call with Dr. Carrington and either her MA or front desk rep did everything she could possibly do to prevent me from doing so even going as far as claiming they had nothing available until May while giving me an attitude. Initially I was told she didn’t have anything available today. I was fine with that but I wanted to still set up a virtual call seeing as I never got a call from Dr. Carrington informing me as to what my exam actually meant when I had my visit annual a few months ago. When I got my results I had some questions that I called the MA to clarify and once again the situation was treated as an unserious matter. I intentionally look for women and black women in medicine for my care to avoid scenarios like this. It’s unfortunate that this is the experience I am having with them. I don’t normally write reviews but I also don’t think it’s right how nasty and unhelpful the rep was being to go out of her way to avoid setting up a virtual appointment."

I appreciated the real time she took to talk with me and really listen to what I had to say. Not writing, not looking at a computer, not looking at her watch. Health care as it should be.
