"Good place to take your kids to the park. I haven’t went to the pool yet. But looks fun"

"My husband and I got married here last month and sadly it’s not worth the money put in. I’m not one to jump to leaving bad reviews but this entire experience was less than stellar. Communication is not clear on the terms for rental and pricing is extremely vague on the website and in the paperwork. First thing you should know is that set up time will be deducted from the total amount of hours that you are planning for your party. If you want your party to last five hours but need three hours to set up then you’re going to have to buy extra hours to cover set up or deal with only a two hour party span. Each additional hour cost us $125 per, which is high for a community ballroom that didn’t include any use of extra side rooms, those would’ve been extra. You will be required to put down a deposit in addition to paying the full rental price. We were told the deposit would go toward the total that we would be paying to rent the venue but this was not the case and the person who told us this info no longer worked there. When we went to pay they told us the deposit simply holds the day and that we’d get it back, which they did honor after going through an extensive checklist at the end of the night which included mopping the entire ballroom floor. Had we been informed ahead of time of everything, we would have been okay with what we paid but communication was not there. Probably the worst part of it all was that they turned off the AC after 9PM leaving myself and my guests extremely hot and sweaty. If I had known I’d be going through all of these hoops just to secure a venue, I would have looked for a place that was all inclusive and paid a little extra to avoid the hassle. We made the best of our special day but it honestly could’ve been way better."

"Good size pool but can get crowded fast. The deep end is 3'-10" and Shallow end is 2 '. They do have an end Orca next to a kiddie pool and they have water water slides water features and a beach front entrance."
