When I go back I am informed I won't be seeing Dr Harris but a family physician resident. Then a Male professor will come in Absolutely furious that this was not told to me and they really expect tou to just say okay. Would not recommend at all this was bait and switch and you are not seeing a specialist you are seeing studentsyhat are family physicians .SUPER DISAPPOINTED."
"After waiting OVER AN HOUR for Dr. Harris and being moved from one waiting room to the next, I was then told the doctor WASN'T EVEN THERE and that I would be seen by a resident. The receptionist was not even apologetic, and tried to further waste my time by looking through her calendar to make another appointment when I had already waited weeks for this appointment. I received text message reminders that I would be seen by Dr. Harris right up until the appointment time. Staff needs to be more considerate and respectful of other people's time and needs to notify patients if a doctor can't make it. The most UNPROFESSIONAL office I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!!"
"I had major surgery about 3 weeks ago and Dr. Karen Harris was awesome before and afterwards. She made sure to visit me when I was in hospital and she showed compassion. Her staff is great, I never had any type of negative issue since I have been going to Dr. Harris practice. I had a pleasant experience and will continue to go for regular visits."
