"Dr. Nguyen is wonderful, she is very caring and efficient. She asked me how I was doing with a new prescription and I ended up sharing with her the death of my younger sister earlier this year. She asked questions and was extremely compassionate. Andrew who works there was very helpful with getting my appointment rescheduled due to issues with my insurance even though their office stays very busy. I would never go anywhere else!"

"I visited this OBGYN due to an insurance referral, and I wish I had read reviews beforehand. The check-in and initial meet were fine, but the experience took a nosedive after the exam. This was my first annual after many years due to major depression and mental illness. Dr. Nguyen came back into the exam room, leaving the door open, and questioned why I was not on medication for a medical condition not related to an annual exam. Leving the exam room door wide open with her assistant, she proceeded to share a personal story about a family member's death at an early age because of said medical condition, which was entirely unrelated to my reason for the visit. I tried to express my discomfort, naked and exposed with only a paper sheet covering me, while anyone in the hallway could potentially hear our conversation. I asked her to close the door, and she continued berating her personal matter, all under the pretense of "we care for you," despite not knowing me, my history, or offering any solutions or suggestions. When I expressed my discomfort, she became frustrated and said, "I don't have to do this if you" This response was completely unprofessional and uncaring. I came in for a pap, not an attack because your relative died. I strongly advise avoiding this place, especially if you've been struggling with your mental health. The doctor's bedside manner is highly inappropriate, and my experience raises concerns about potential HIPAA violations. I hope my review prevents anyone else from enduring such an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience."

"I would give zero stars if I could. I used to have a great relationship with this prescriber, I don’t know what’s changed with her. The last couple years she has been so dismissive of any issues I have. She basically makes me feel like my symptoms are not valid. No clear communication with the office either. I had contacted the office with questions for the doctor and when I finally got a callback, it wasn’t even an answer to the question I asked. I asked if the doctor could call me for a moment so I could clarify what I wanted to ask. Nope. By looking at these reviews, I can see I am not the only one having issues. So sad."

"Dr. Nguyen has taken fantastic care of me. After two complicated and difficult pregnancies/deliveries, she has been diligent and thorough in making sure I healed properly. She has been very attentive in the years to follow, always remembering my specifics and asking about my family."
