"I was very happy with nurses and aides, smiling faces and congenial attitudes. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Ricketts. He sat down and talked with me as if I was his only patient and all my questions completely and understandably. My only criticism would be to complete all the paperwork prior to the appointment instead of at the office."

"The Dr is pretty understanding, but when it comes to my hormone meds it doesn't seem to be a concern for them . He was suppose to put a prescription in when he upped my dosage three weeks ago and never did. Now its been three days without my meds ,when I called the office. The lady who answers the phone to give the nurse a message. Explains it could be 48 hrs before I ever get a call. I called again today and was told when the nurse gets to it then she will call me, after explaining to her how I was feeling without it my hormones'... Nice to know that my heath without my medication is no concern for them. This is there fault I have no medication because of them and I have to be the one to go without. They don't even care to fix it in a timely manner after they didn't call my medication in...WOW"
