"Tried to transfer my service from Florida to my new state and needed them to forward over my info to my new local State Farm. They were rude and refused to call back, claimed they didn't have my info, said they'd send it and never did then just straight up stopped answering the phone. Not sure if they think they'll force me to keep paying for two policies or what the end game is but my local agent said they'd never experienced this before with another agent. Terrible customer service and borderline dishonest/scammy."

"My wife and I decided to go with this local agent for our auto insurance. We signed up in January 2023, the staff person Jillary Delgado sent me the Uninsured Motorist paperwork to sign. I signed it and emailed it back immediately. March 2023, I received a letter saying that they didn't receive the signed uninsured motorist form. I called the staff person Anabel Fuentes asked I email to her. Email was sent with signed uninsured motorists attached. Now we receive a notice that our bill has increased because they claim they never received the signed forms. So I call the office AGAIN and they say they never received the signed forms!!! I advised that I would show up to their office personally to get to the bottom of this. The lady leaves the forms at the front desk for me to sign then tells me I would have to pay the higher premium!! This message is for Ruben Sanchez the proprietor.... get better office staff or your business will suffer."

"Would not recommend going here or calling. My mother was disrespected on the phone by a woman who works there. Awful service is a lack of a term. Check the customer calls woman addressed herself as “soon”. Would not give her real name."
