"I’ve had a policy with them for almost five years and have never had an issue with them. However , I’ve been trying to contact someone in their office for over two months and have only gotten a return call once. I spoke to Robert who advised that he was going to contact the underwriting department To try to solve my issue and I have yet to hear from him. It’s been three weeks since that. I send emails and no one ever responds ! Needless to say , I’ve had a HORRIBLE experience!"

First my privacy is very important for me. Second sometimes I am a passenger I don't want a company to get so much control over me."
