"Initially had a problem entering info online. Submit button didn’t work so I made pdf as to not lose the input. Called and explained the problem and representative said the information would be input for me. That didn’t happen. I re-entered info on website and this time the submit button worked. From that point on, my experience was excellent. Received and call nearly immediately to set up adjuster appointment. Adjuster called soon after. Experience with Deidra was excellent from start to finish."

"The adjuster was very pleasant, respectful, and kept in the loop with the process. He explained the claims process, as well as communicated with the mitigation vendors. One thing that I would like to request, when mold is present and the clearance test completed, I would like for that vendor to supply me with a copy for my records, also we need the results so that the GC can start on repairs. I understand they claim that the test was Neg, as we all know, the GC must see those results prior to starting any repairs."
