"I have never been so humiliated in my life like I was when I called this place. I contacted this office to follow up on my life insurance that is taking over 3 months to get it completed. I already have a very large policy with them but needed another one bcoz of a loan I’m getting and needed this quickly and since the first policy only took me two weeks I just can’t understand why was taking so long. My assistant had contacted this office multiple times before but no one could help her so I called today w a little attitude bcuz again it’s taking me 3 months to complete. When I was talking to a very nice lady on the phone the owner of the Agency who sounded like a man grabbed the phone and pulled the call from the employee and literally exchanged two words with me before hanging up on my face. She told me that my policy was being handled by another agent which is funny bcuz that was the first time I ever heard that after so many calls trying to figure it out. What made me upset was that she literally hung up on me! I own my on business and I would never in my life have the guts to hang up the phone on any of my clients face. I just don’t understand people. She was so so rude I have never been treated this way. I will be filing a complaint w Allstate and bbb and I hope this witch learns her lesson,"
