"We’ve been a loyal Truist business customer for years. Recently, over $3000 was fraudulently stolen from a rewards card of ours. The money was never refunded by Truist, and the branch manager here is not responding when we send emails asking for help. Posting this to help others avoid the same problems we’ve had, and to hopefully get a resolution from Truist."

"Don't ever bank with Truist. Had a merchant double charge my card and it took Truist two months to investigate it to realize that it was a bogus charge. Back when the original double debit happened I was charged two overdraft fees by Truist. They're telling me to go to the merchant to get reimbursed for those overdraft fees that they're not going to do it. Run run run away as fast as you can from this bank and I'm not just talking about this location. I'm talking about them in general."
