"I would give this company zero stars if I was able too. They are the insurance company for Love Chevrolet, who dropped my 2019 Silverado off of there lift while it was in getting an oil change. It caused my truck an estimated 12k in damages which has caused my vehicle a great deal of diminished value. This insurance company is very difficult to deal with and threatened to have my rental taken away several times during the almost 3 months it took to have my vehicle repaired. I had an appraisal done immediatly after the accident for my trucks value and diminished value. They refuse to acknowledge this appraisal and the several other ways I have showed them how my vehicle has diminished value from this incident caused by the company they insure."
