"I canceled my insurance with them in January and then they sent me a letter cancellation for March to get more money out of me. I’m still trying to get my refund. I would not go with this insurance company. I would beware of this company. They have not been fair with me to say the least.much more and I’m calling channel 8 on your side and they can expose this company"

"I would give a zero if I could. Sold my house in may after insurance just renewed in April. They owe me almost a full year's premium on both flood and property insurance. Failed to cancel flood until 2 weeks ago and no return of any funds No response to emails. Complete ripoff! On top of that somehow got the insurance on my new property without my asking or knowledge which I've also cancelled with no word on funds. Contacting insurance commissioner tomorrow. This place is a scam"
