"My daughter attends Debbie’s after school every Wednesday and she enjoys her class well enough. The poor review is due to the complete lack of communication from the staff of the company. I’ve tried multiple times calling, emailing, etc attempting to talk to someone about the schedule and billing. The young girl who teaches my daughter’s class knows nothing about any of this and doesn’t know when the recitals are either. I have received literally ZERO communication from them except when a bill is due. They send a bill with no phone number on it hoping you don’t try to call with questions. I have heard again ZERO dates of any recitals even though I have paid for costumes for said recitals. Horrible communication and equally bad customer service make this a place I will avoid like the plague in the future, and will recommend the same to anyone else. Hopefully they address their issues."
