Making Awesome is a non-profit makerspace located at 2818 Industrial Plaza Drive in Tallahassee, Florida. Run by volunteers, we offer members 24/7 access to a variety of tools, machines, and equipment including a wood shop, soft shop, e-shop, 3D printers, laser cutters, and a jewelry shop. Visitors can schedule a tour, attend open houses, or visit with existing members to see our facilities.

Our diverse community consists of makers, dreamers, entrepreneurs, students, tinkerers, hobbyists, enthusiasts, and teachers who come together to share knowledge, foster lifelong learning, and give back to our communities. We believe in hands-on learning, teaching others, and supporting creativity through classes, events, and partnerships.

Safety is a top priority at Making Awesome, so closed-toed shoes and proper safety equipment are always required. We offer classes for certain tools and equipment, and encourage members to follow all safety measures to ensure a safe working environment.
