"My son has attended Gallop's for half of this school 2022-2023 Krystal is very rule. They've the road as a playground for kids so, they can play football on with no grass so they can get all abruise up!! My son got hurt 2x one time they reported the next time they didn't report nothing pretend she didn't know anything Ms. Krystal..But anyway never help with my son homework period you construct have to call them over and over again and that didn't work either. Don't feed the kids at all for 500$The owner Mr.Gallop don't know no kids name are who you there to pick up and he see them and you 5 days out the week. I don't refer no one to attend this school.."

"The owner Krystal is unprofessional, nasty, money hungry, and acts as if she forgets every conversation you have with her . Per the conversation her and I had was to make my payment of whatever is owed on the 20th of this month being that I get paid once a month . She agreed and said she would let Alexandra know to put it in the computer. I assume she forgot and left my kids at their school today and had Alexandra to call me to get off from work and pick them up. However no one called me the day before to let me know they will not be picking them up The next day. She is also aware that I am not able to get back into my brightwheel account due to me not having access to the email that is connected to it. I wouldn’t recommend no one to attend this after school program, the daycare, or the school (CAPITAL PREP) . It’s always about money and not enough caring for the kids! The question is why would you leave my kids at their school about a payment we discussed if you cared about the kids that attend? Then call me after the fact ! Not a day before but AFTER you left my kids ! Worst business ever that’s up and running in Tallahassee. This is not the first time I have had this issue about KRYSTAl forgetting a conversation we had with a different issue. She can’t even keep staff working for her she so nasty. And again this business is Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend no one to attend here once again ."

"I would have my son out of this facility a year ago but my ex-wife keeps him there on her time. I could not remember my password to the brightwheel app which allows me to monitor his coming and going and projects and stuff parents you are familiar with this. Well crystal is the administrator since I was behind or got on her bad side she removed my child from my account so I could not observe and see him. The child's mother has absconded and has currently kept my children from me in all forms of contact and when I called gallops family Learning Center told me she could not help me and then she deleted the child from the account. So I cannot see when my little boy is there so will be obtaining custody here very shortly and immediately removing mys son from this facility and a lawsuit will be following. This lady Crystal came between me and my child and I cannot believe any establishment would do something like that especially when I haven't seen my child in weeks and I have been searching for them. I will file a big lawsuit against her and that establishment"

"My twins have been going here for almost 6 months now and I absolutely love it. My kids love their teachers and I love the peace of mind. They use Brightwheel, so I constantly get updates, ,pictures and videos throughout the day of my little ones. The pricing is very affordable with the amount of hours you get. I can get off from work and go grocery shopping before picking up my kids. The teachers have excellent patience to cater to my kids specific needs medically and emotionally."
