"Sunkey Insurance representatives are the rudest and laziest people I've come across in a very long time. The rep did not want to take her time to give me a breakdown of my auto premium renewal, which went up $35-40 per month. She stated it would be easier FOR HER if she just emailed me the new Dec page and I could see for myself. After explaining I would appreciate her taking her time with me a few minutes, she said she's going to hang up and did. This was the 2nd time from this office with different people. Horrific when you can't communicate about a product you're paying for that just keeps going up without any conversation or explanation. Avoid these people at all costs. Maddening. Unprofessional. Rude. Whoever owns this agency should fire all employees and start over."
