"We were with USAA in Michigan for a very long time because they were always cheaper than all the other auto insurers. We moved to Florida and our rates doubled but USAA was cheaper cheaper. April 2023 comes and that all changes. USAA’s rates increase by hundreds of dollars and they refused to lower them. I called around like I do every 6 months but not very much luck then our nephew refers us to Tiffany. She was fantastic and actually worked out our policy so that it was cheaper than the original USAA policy. We’ll be with Allstate from now on. Good riddance USAA. Thank you Tiffany!"
"I have nothing but praise for my Allstate rep David Mitchell and especially for Tiffany Davis who's been so helpful with all our insurance needs. Fact is, I've been able to find car insurance at a more affordable rate but opted to stay with Allstate because of the loyalty i feel from and have for Tiffany. My only complaint ( for lack of a better word) is with Drivewise. While we've been able to activate Drivewise for two drivers on our policy, it's been illusive for a third. There's some type of IT glitch that prevents activation. That in itself makes me skeptical of the accuracy of the Drivewise data in general. But regardless, 5 out of 5 stars for David Mitchell and Tiffany Davis at Allstate!"
"I'm afraid my experience with Dave Mitchell's office in Lithia was very different from the other reviewers. I have insured my home through this agency for the past seven years. This year the premium on the policy increased by more than $400.00. I decided to shop elsewhere, which I did and settled on another insurance company through a different agency. This morning I called and spoke to Tiffany to tell her that I did not want to renew my Security First Homeowner Policy when the current coverage ended on August 1, 2019. Tiffany told me that I would have to submit a copy of the declarations page of my new policy in order for her to go ahead and cancel the renewal. When I said that I did not want to give her a copy of my new insurance policy and that I would provide a signed "Policy Cancellation Request" or any other form they wanted me to fill out, she said that the only way she could cancel the policy was if I emailed her a copy of the declaration page of my new policy. "Otherwise I would just have to let it terminate for non-payment of the premium." I felt like I was being blackmailed and intimidated. I knew there had to be another way to cancel the policy without an invasion of my privacy that I objected to. The policy was canceled with the help of my new agent. Stay away from this agency. You do not want to deal with Tiffany."
