"This is not your typical positive testimonial, but allow me to share my personal experience. I strongly caution any agent against joining this company. Despite the enticing promises of training and mentoring, Aston failed to deliver on his commitments. To add insult to injury, he charges a whopping $2400 for their so-called "training" program. And if you decide to leave or they let you go, brace yourself for the unpleasant surprise of them withholding your last paycheck. I witnessed several red flags during my brief time there. I am extremely concerned about the lack of customer protection in his organization. I personally experienced instances where my inadequate training led to misinforming customers and inadvertently placing them under incorrect policies. Aston even suggested using the excuse of being new if a customer complained, which goes against the core mission of safeguarding people. This realization was truly disappointing, as agents we should always prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our valued customers. Aston dose not equip his agents with the knowledge and expertise needed to protect and serve customers effectively. Save yourself the trouble and seek opportunities elsewhere where your hard work and dedication will be truly appreciated. I speak from my own short-lived time at this agency where I put in considerable effort and received little in return. Spare yourself the disappointment and seek better opportunities elsewhere."
