"Probably the worst customer service ever, I use my policy 1 day and I cancel the next day and there was charging me over two hundred dollars for one day, my agent has to call them and then they They lower the charge still I didn’t know What was the charges for me because they never sent me a invoice and it was much more than one day of policy, I don’t know where that number came from I tried to call them several times I Don’t have Any luck until one day that they answer me I asked them Why that amount and they didn’t know how to answer me so they transfer me to the collection department, I asked the agent if in that department they have someone who speaks Spanish and he told me that they do have someone that can translate the conversation then The person that answer me was the most rude without manners persona that I ever talked to before. I ask him if they have someone who speaks Spanish he just told me that they don’t have no one who speaks Spanish in that moment so I ask him if I call tomorrow or if I call later they will have someone and he just mute the conversation and have me hold around five minutes without saying anything and I was just talking alone after that he hung up and they never answered me. After that I called them again and someone from customer Service did answer my question. I’m really so happy that I’m not with that company anymore"

"So bad company they charged me extra fee 81 dollar for there mistake because they didn’t tell to prove my dam address and when I cancelled it they charged me again 41 dollar. Don’t deal with this company it is so bad company."
