"I intend to report the conduct of managers Brad and Lawrence to the appropriate state authorities for alleged irregularities. Despite canceling personal training in October, I was erroneously charged three times in the early months of 2024. Subsequent attempts to address the issue with Brad and Lawrence proved unfruitful, as they failed to respond to my concerns or rectify the situation. Despite providing evidence of my cancellation, Brad insisted on a new cancellation form, which I reluctantly signed in February. Assurances were made regarding a refund by Lawrence, but the unauthorized charges persisted. My attempts to seek resolution through the club’s staff, including Sarah, were met with unfulfilled promises of callbacks. The actions taken by the management are deemed questionable, unprofessional, and unethical. Consequently, I am preparing to file a formal complaint with relevant state agencies, report the unauthorized charges to my credit card company, and terminate my membership, seeking a more reputable fitness facility."

"Awesome employees, nice equipment, a very friendly environment and overall great gym! I went to work out today and was greeted by Daudi (friendly front desk employee) and worked out with Crystal ( the best personal trainer). I highly recommend you guys go and check this gym out!"

"This place is an utter nightmare when it comes to terminating memberships and processing payments. My experience with Crunch since 2021 has been nothing short of a disaster. Despite canceling my membership in December of that year, Crunch failed to process my January payment, resulting in me accruing a debt of approximately $170. Why wasn't I charged when my payment method was on file? Why should I be held responsible for Crunch's incompetence in processing my membership cancellation? After they escalated the matter to collections, I went back and forth speaking to the manager. I was assured that it would be resolved, yet I never heard back from Crunch or collections. Fast forward to 2024, when I attempted to use a guest pass today, my extensive information was collected, only to be informed that I still owed $170, and that the matter will get escalated to collections, threatening to impact my credit score. Their proposed solution? Pay $80 and enroll in a 3-month (~$18*3) membership to supposedly save $30. What a blatant scam! I should have heeded the warnings in the reviews exposing Crunch's deceitful practices. Instead, I ended up paying $80 and enrolling just to put an end to this ongoing ordeal. I shouldn't have been charged in the first place, nor should I have had to deal with this mess two years later. Where was the termination email or written confirmation from management? The lack of communication and accountability is appalling. Returning to Crunch today after two years, hoping to embark on a healthy journey, only to leave with anger, distrust, and disappointment, speaks volumes about the unethical nature of this company. Beware, fellow gym-goers, and protect yourself by documenting everything meticulously when it comes to membership terms and terminations. This company's shady business practices and lack of integrity are simply unacceptable."

"Friendly front desk staff, and trainers! They always are very welcoming when you check-in. I work with Sarah, and she has really helped me. They also offer a great variety of classes. This is a great gym with many locations. I highly recommend!"
