"We decided to go with James Insurance for my photography business Modern Photography Group, LLC after years of using an online service. The only reason for the change was we wanted to start using someone local. Our first year was during the shutdown and not much business was going on. In our second year the James staff really impressed me with service calls to one of our customers to help secure a contract. When there was a strange mix-up for something out of their control they responded late on a Friday to ensure things would be taken care of. I was expecting them to wait until Monday to communicate something back. By the following Tuesday they had everything back in line. They have taken care of everything we needed and are a quality company."
