"Inspector was quick with the few photos they needed. They ran down a list of easily answered questions regarding my house. Unfortunately, for all in here complaining and threatening.. It's in the contract we all signed that someone has permission from insurance to inspect the property. No need to go to your government, it's a private company issue. Refusal of the inspection can lead to policy cancellation."

"Without prior permission someone hanged a tag on the door from this company about photographs on behalf of my Insurance company. Who are you, without Identification, name & contact number, who gave you authority to enter into the property? Isn't it trespassing?Please never do that again. "Got. Call out of the blue that these people were coming take exterior pictures. Then I called the guy and he says he might need to take interior pictures. What was he planning to do, just show up and walk into my house without me knowing? Scheduled a time the next day for us to meet at the property. When he was 30 minutes late, I called again. Some lame excuse as to why he’s late, and he still wasn’t sure about needing interior photos but, oh yeah, he checked and maybe needs one or two. I called their office and they say he needs to do like an entire inspection and basically see every room in the house. So what’s going on here anyway? My insurance agent didn’t know anything about this. Once you buy a property and the deed is recorded, all kinds of solicitors and scammers come out of tue woodwork. I had no idea if this is legit or not, and I’m certainly not inclined to let someone in my house until I know that. Some communication would be helpful here. And now I’ve been waiting and the guy is two hours late. What an unprofessional organization."

"I get home from work to a door tag stating (my home insurance company sent them to do a risk assessment) I have had the same homeowners insurance for ten years plus and they have never sent anyone to "look at my property" not had any problem taking my money. Now this "company" comes on my private property that is no trespassing while I am not home to assess risks?? How unprofessional! A phone call would be nice and if I didn't have security cameras I bet I wouldn't have even got a door tag. What a joke!"
