"I was mislead by the broker as to the type of insurance I was buying. When I got the policy and realized that it was a fire only policy, I got the proper insurance and canceled this one on 10/10. I have yet to receive a refund. I have called twice and given excuses about how they don’t control the USPS. I have asked to have my refund expedited and was told they don’t do that. Now I read a review from earlier this year and saw that a check was sent by FedEx within 2 days. I spoke with Rachel and she told me that they will send a check by regular mail either tomorrow or Thursday. This has been a terrible customer service experience and I will tell everyone know to avoid this company like the plague."

"The agent was thorough knowledgeable and very helpful. My current insurance Canceled me and suggested citizens citizens which we all know is now not working very well for people so I would say American moble insurance exchange. Is a life saver"

"I didn’t have any issues with this insurer until I cancelled the policy prior to the end of the coverage. I am owed a premium refund and was told the check had been mailed. 10 days later I still have not received the check. I’ve contacted customer service by phone 3 times and email once to let them know the check hadn’t been received but their response was weak. Finally an agent sent a request to their accounting department requesting a stop pay on the check and was told it’ll be another 30 days before a replacement check would be issued. My confidence in this actually happening doesn’t exist even though the solution to this issue isn’t complicated. After posting this review I was promptly contacted by the company’s president who apologized for the inconvenience surrounding the missing refund check. He advised me that I would receive the check via FedEx by the end of the day tomorrow. I am grateful for the quick resolution to my issue. Update: I received the refund check as promised. Once the company president became aware of my issue he made sure it was resolved promptly. Thank you, Jeff."

"A month before bill is due they send out a pre cancellation notice due to non payment then when you pay they send you a notice of reinstatement and your bill isnt due yet .I know when my bill is due and I dont need STUPID letters sent to remind me.Please if its standard policy you need to change it.We are hard working Americans doing the best we can!"
