"terrible its a scam they take 15% out of your insurance check from your insurance company, they do pretty much nothing but try to get thousands more from your insurance company and they will just keep denying it and prolong the process!!!!!!!! they put useless line items on the estimate to try to drive up the price and it doesn't work because your insurance adjuster will spot it and make them take it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they were rude and made me feel like an inconvenience and once you sign that contract you are stuck and their name will end up on your check and you will have no choice but to give them 15% which will leave you with far less to do the repairs on your home!!!!!!! don't hire a public adjuster it will be a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"We were unable to communicate with our insurance carrier after the damage from Hurricane Ian. We turned our claim over to Noble PA Group . Ben McGee of the Noble Group was able to negotiate a settlement that was 3 times more than what we were initially offered. After correct documentation, a reinspection and months of diligent negotiation we received an acceptable settlement. We were then able to restore our house back to its previous condition. We could not have done this without their expertise. We highly recommend them."

"Stay as far away from this company as possible! They get a star because you cant post without giving one. You will never get a return email or phone call! They will make all kinds of promises to you about what they can do for you but none of it will happen. Using this company cost me more then if I had just handled it myself! Worst customer service bar none. Awful experience!! Worst part of all...I hired Noble because Kin Insurance offered to pay me almost 5,000.00 less than what it cost to replace my roof and they refused to pay for any of the other damage saying it was pre hurricane- ridiculous! I wouldn't have paid what I paid for this house had that damage been here. Fast forward to hiring Noble, after all their promises, the check I received from Kin Insurance is exactly the same as the original offer. Noble Adjusters got me nothing and want me to pay them for their services! What services??? Noble Adjusters are a joke!!! This is absolutely not inaccurate. I emailed over and over....no response....that is customer service 101...you cant respond to every email, i get it. I waited days between emails and would resend.....nothing!!!you made promises about what you could do but you did not do. To say my statements are inaccurate is SO wrong!"

"We hired Noble Public Adjusters Group a few weeks ago to help us get our insurance company to settle our Hurricane Ian claim. We are so happy we did and should have done it much sooner! We had Adjuster William Dishaw come view our home’s damage and document not just not what we knew of but also what he found was damage. Could not have been a better visit and a relief to hire someone on our side and not the insurance company side. He set us up to be able to monitor at any time a client portal to view progress. He sent us Brent Williams of Matterport to scan our home and while Brent was documenting damage with pictures he saw more we did know we had. Brent was professional and informative.
