"Update 2/11/24. In addition to the same broken equipment that’s still not repaired, the AC is now broken and it’s too hot in here to have an optimal workout. They obviously don’t have the AC on a regular service. What’s next? Perhaps the plumbing! Retro Fitness is now delayed until April for problems discovered during construction. It can’t come soon enough! This is the absolute worst gym I’ve ever been to, including one in a flavela in Minas Gerais Brazil! Update: As many know LA Fitness DOES not maintain their equipment. This machine has been broken for over 6 months. I also recently went to LA in Pittsburg PA that had a disgusting bathroom (see photos) and no AC. Members said the AC has never worked correctly. It’s truly time for someone to come in and offer a well maintained gym. I’ve hear Lifetime may be coming to Delray which would be great. So LA, after another gym takes your business no whining! No mask enforcement because no ever crosses to “the other side” from the sales and front desk area. No one wiping machines down. They just don’t deal with it. If you’ve not been vaccinated and don’t want to catch COVID. I would recommend you go someplace that is COVID safe. Update January 7 2023 Well it’s worse than ever! No handles on multiple machines and none even available to move. The most popular machine (cable crossover is broken and after months of promising improvements it’s actually worse. "This gym is very nice. But the greatest part of this place is the man who works the front desk in the mornings. His energy is off the charts and really brightens up the place. I greatly appreciate the positivity that radiates from him and love his kenergy, it’s the perfect way to start the day and the workout."

"This gym is in serious need of renovation. My favorite cardio is the rowing machine, the only reason I joined LA Fitness and pay over 50.00 bucks is to use the rowing machine, they are all broken now. They have a sign that say "scheduled for maintenance" for the last 3 months. This is ridiculous! I will be cancelling my membership. Is the same case with a lot of equipment and even some of the lights are out.! do better LA Fitness"

"For the past 2-3 weeks the basketball court has been closed, one of the only two fly machines are broken, both curl machines hav torn arm rest, bike machines all have missing parts. And it goes on! I have seen far better la’s in less busy areas. This one should be one of the best given its location. I can’t imagine what’s it like for new members getting a tour these days, “that’s broken right now mama but we are getting it fixed, so is that and that and that” in serious need of a renovation, barely any workers visible cleaning, racking weights, major lack of machines , forget about coming here after 5"
