"I have been emailing and texting you but no response I called responsive for the reimbursement of the windshield. I spoke with adjuster Jazmine and she informed me that I would have to get reimbursement from Estrella. When I added car on August, the car had full coverage (including comprehensive and collision). She stated that when the insurance was renewed in September the full coverage was removed (I did not remove this). How can I get reimburse for the windshield seeing that this was not my error to add the full coverage?"
